I just can't stand them and can't deal with them...they're all greedy dickheads.

I missed the good times when they weren't in the game and we had to deal only with requests from the players.

A lot of people feel the same way about tackling irl.

I personally love Agents since it's more realistic but it dose get infuriating for time to time. Every now and then I want to hire an FM-hitman to drive to the agents FM-House and . . . . . "deal" with him to get a deal through for a great player.

Maybe SI should add this as a new feature on the next FM

I do not like them too they all greedy, irritating & hate me so quick just because i do not give in to their stupid demands. They should remain in the game but SI has given them too much power for my liking. They seem to unsettle my players for no good reason. Since FM12 SI has failed bad to find the right balance

You can chat with your player and advise them to fired their agents. I successfully did that many times when the agents required increasing the player's wage.

I always ask them to sack agents, if they say no I just say I still think you should and 75% they then agree to sack the agent

You can tell the players to fire their agents.

Sometimes agents can be helpful when the player is not willing to join your team, but the agents help you make it.

* I play a club with lowest reputation from 13th division. :)

It depends. There's nothing that can be done when the player is not in your team, you'll have to give in to the agents demands (You can still modify the contract to more suit your needs, but still..).

However, if the player is in your team, then asking the players to fire their agents is a must. It helps a lot. Furthermore, if an agent gets fired by a player, you still won't have a negative relation with the agent, so it doesn't affect future transactions.

Most times, firing the agent ensures that wage demands are lowered, and you won't have to pay agent fees. Occasionally, however, the player tends to be a bigger *** than the agent, and sometimes there is no difference.

As for success in getting the player to fire his agent, it depends largely on the players relationship with you, and also his personality. But once you've won something at the club, and are reasonably famous, it becomes relatively easier to get a player to fire his agent.

The worst thing is when you get a bid for a player and then their agent demands a new contract. You can be handing new contracts out every 6 months...Even if you can convince a player to give their agent the sack, they find a new one in a matter or weeks.

I had this one agent asking for a ?2M signing bonus with 45K wage which I trying offering 60K wage and 0 signing bonus but rejected it and then I offered him his ?2M with a 30K wage. And he took it. Signed the player and get him to sack him.

I like the fact they are in the game but they do seem to have too much power.

I feel like they walk in to the office, pull my pants down and bend me over the desk sometimes.
