I have no Player faces in player profile page

Hi, playing on my Mac in Italian leagues (currently Serie C) but also running Serie A, Spanish Primera and no one has real faces displayed, just the black outline as used for unknown players. I even downloaded a megapack from Sortitoutsi and it hasn't seemed to make any odds.

On the second point- how does the game know to import the faces to the game from a 'Graphics' folder and assign them correctly to the right people. Maybe I have done it wrong but I folllowed instructions.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
 
When you download a facepack it will have a config file in it, this is what helps transfer the images into the game.

Your folder layout should be - Sports interactive / Football Manager 14 / Graphics / Faces
You then also have to change the preferences layout, this will be described on the same site you have downloaded the facepack from


Not sure why you have the black outline on the current players tho?
 
im having the exact same problem but no one is replying to my feed i have no idea why its not working i just moved them from 2013 game to 2014 game grrr

Google how to add face packs to FM14. Its not that hard.

How you add it is the same way you added it for FM 13. I'm using the same skin, face pack, and logos from FM 13.
 
yh i did that and they didnt show up so i deleted some off them and download new GZ facepack and they have worked but still my old ones dont and they have pictures from the championship to skrill premier and all dont work anymore

Thanks dude, that is exactly what I did and followed the instructions as given. Very simple but it just hasn't worked. I have changed the necessary 'Preference' settings too but to no avail.
 
Face pack not working! I've got the logos working fine, but Face pack just won't work!!! Help someone please????
 
Having the same issue, never had a problem with any previous FM, all graphics load up fine except the player facepacks.

Im on windows 8, iv checked alk the config files and they all point to the correct image and player ID.
