i just cant win ?!?!

hey i got promoted for npower championship with suothampton 2 seasons ago and now i just cant win ! im not good at making tactics but i should still get a win sometimes !

seriously what should i do i have no idea !?

Perhaps your players are not good enough and you need to bring in some more players more suited to the skill level of that division?

GO to TACTICS from DROPDOWN menu, choose MATCH PREPARATION tab, go to CURRENT tactic and youll se how much yout team is gelled
One more thing, on tactic, click on TEAM REPORT, and in top lef corner ur *** manager will tell you is your team gelled! ( im not yelling, just I love CAPS LOCK xD )
hope that helps... try download some tactic, maybe that would be helpfull

also, try opening Team Talk Feedback,
and check how strong your squad's understanding is.

It's quite normal if you are losing, after all the number of teams that can do well in higher division after promotion is small in real life.
