I just created a Luxembourgleague and was wondering howto add teams to European Cups?

I have created a league in Luxembourg and I want to know how to add the teams to Champions League and Europa Cup. Obviously, I dont think they should be first seeded but they should have te opportunity to qualify. How do I add them/ seed the teams in these competitions??

change nation coefficient and increase number of teams in euro competitions for next season.
