I Just Need A Little Help

Hey guys ive had FM10 since its release and im still trying to come to grips with the new tactic system, i dont play soccer so its kind of hard to work out what goes well with what etc how i should play people in the midfield their mentality etc, so just any general hints and tips would be handy so it doesnt take me about 5 season to create a good tactic and im sure its only because of the squad i had not the actually tactic,

What Jake said.
Also, I would recommend you download a few of the highly rated tactics from this site and see what works.
Once you have a tactic that suits your players you should go into detail to see the mentality and player assignments and interpolate what exactly makes it work

Also, listen to your backroom advice. It's not perfect, but it should give you an idea about where your squad is at.

thanks very much guys, im currently using mk dons and that may be why im struggling a bit i had quite a bit of success in my sevilla game but i will still have a read through that link
