I keep conceding goals, any ideas???

I'm being leeds in my first season and we are in the Championship. We keep conceding goals but we are easily scoring 2 or 3 a match, the latest results have been:

Ipswich 2-2 Leeds
Crystal 2-2 Leeds
Coventry 3-3 Leeds
Doncaster 3-3 Leeds


We are in a battle for promotion and i need the extra points.. any tactics or roles for my defence????
