Anyway, after a reply that's valid I'll delete the thread or the moderator can delete it if they want to clear up the clutter. So I'm just wondering where can I download the best training schedules? I can't find them on the site under any section, and I'd like to get the best out of the players I've got, with my cash strapped West Brom.

This is Tugs Training 09. its probably the best training schedules out there, sort each player into the appropriate schedule

Cheers, just downlaoded it, so how can I use/copy the youth training schemes to the senior squad, as they are unavailable to pick at the moment, for example, I have a couple of 17 year olds in the senior squad (pro contract now) so have to do a senior training schedule, how can I use those youth ones in the senior training?

well basically you got the youth and senior schedules
pro contract players will be in the senior schedules
youth contract players will train under the youth schedules
