i need 11.3.0 patch for steam ?!? ( lost in system restore)

hey please can someone help / show me where i can get the 11.3.0 patch via steam for fm11....

i know its auto update, but i done a system restore before on my laptop and it has gone .....

EDIT... i have found the folder for the 1130 update, where it should be with all the other updates, why is it not showing on the game ?

is it not possible to redownload through steam, there must be a check my game is up to date option hiding there somewhere.
