I need a consistent tactic

does anyone know of a tactic that gives positive results ?
ive downloaded tactics that apparantly work for others but dont work for me, ive created tactics which work for a few games then i end up losing to rubbish clubs.

i just need a reliable tactic that doesnt result in me getting hammered by small clubs

Ryan what team are you using? There is a 4-2-3-1 Attacking tactic that I uploaded, but it won't fit every team

ive tried every 4231 tactic on here with a variety of teams, they all fail every time

i was arsenal, i tried kofloks goals galore - failed , tried the might and magic tactics - failed , tried someone 451 sexy football tactic - failed i ended up getting sacked, took over qpr then, the tactics worked with qpr for the first season, 2nd season they failed - got sacked and now a couple of sackings later im using norwich nd using the better halfs middle team tactic, its working well after 5 games
