um any lower league team. eg BSP or BSN/S. or for the ultimate challenge go abroad in the lower leagues like spain or italy. have a look in the lower league managers forum: http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/f61/ for some tips and then pcik a side to try and take them to the glories of the top flight. very challenging, and most find it more addictive than taking a bigger team to the top.

well, i have converted sunderland to a top half team by finishing 6th in the 2nd season, beating the previous 10th finish. kind of removed the relegation battlers tag off them thanks to my wonderkids. i would suggest u use a mid table team or something as it is more challenging.
