I need a killer tactic for FM 2011!

The best tactic i used on FM 2010 was the Mr Hough and JP Woodly 4-1-2-3 tactic and it lead me to 2 premiership and 1 champions league trophy with newcastle within 5 seasons and the tactic works for most clubs i managed.
However on FM 2011 this tactic doesn't seem to be as effective and i was wondering if anyone has a top tactics which will work for most clubs like Mr Hough and JP Woodly's tactic for FM 2010.

If anyone has an unbeatable tactic for fm 2011 i would be grateful if you could share it with me .

Mr Hough's winger and Complete dominance 10.2 from mr hough work the best for me,i've tried it with 2teams ,rsc anderlecht and eendracht aalst and got great results
i've tried jp woody v5 and koflok goals galore but they dident work for me
