I need a pure goals tactic!

Basically, I am playing France U21's in an European Qualifier Play-Off (What does that mean?) And I'm 3 - 1 down going into the second leg and I need some goals! Any ideas?!!

Well my goal scoring tactic scored 108 goals with Q.P.R in the 1st season and I finished 1st, it also only concede 52 goals in 46 games so it's not bad..
