Check out Choco from some bulgarian club. Available usually on first season for 300k. Good player for lower prem clubs at start so should do well for you.

Mattias Johansson also could be good player for you.

Don't know if he is too expensive, but check Fagner from Vasco. Haven't signed him myself, but looks quite good. Anele from Genk might also do well.

Also almost forgot Romario from Vitoria and Nika Kvekveskiri from Dinamo Tbilisi. Also Sebastian Toro who's not natural RB makes good one.
