I need a tactic for my FC United Team, I have been promoted to the Blue Square Prem

So, I've had this career and I'm FC United. I'm in the Blue Square Premier League.

I have many tactics but none of them seem to be woring for me, and i just seem to me drawing/losing.

I occasionally win, but thats against the easier​ teams.

So, my question is, has anyone got any good tactics, for the blue square premier league? Thanks...

Not really sure about the team so what I would do is look at your team report, which positions have the strongest players then adapt your formation to suit your best players. Also, instead of keeping your team instructions the same, adapt them during the game. For ex. Keep everything on default team instructions at the start of the match and then as the game goes on, read your assistant managers advice and adapt the team instructions to the advice. Then if you notice your assistant constantly telling you to encourage players to pass shorter, tou change that team instruction to shorter at the start of the match. Voila. Sorry if it wasn't much help..
Also, for player roles, use your assistant reccomendation.. bTW, GET A GOOD ASSISTANT MANAGER.
