I need a winger and stopper defender. Napoli beginning of second season

My finances say I have 29 million to spend, but I still haven't received season expectations. I need a winger and a defender who can play stopper

Try Davide Astori (Cagliari). Worked like a charm for me. Might be hard to get though, as Cagliari and Napoli are rivals. I might have gotten lucky, as I won the league and they relegated, so I picked him up for only €6M. But, in my current (Tottenham) save, Napoli have signed him aswel, so might be worth looking at after all.
Otherwise have a look at Salvatore Bochetti (Rubin) or Nicolás Otamendi (FC Porto).
And I got extremely lucky with wingers at Napoli. Got both Di Maria (R. Madrid) and Valencia (Man Utd) for fairly little (~€10M) as they got listed.

Adil Rami - Valencia
Nevan Subotic - Dortmund (seen him go for around £10m start of 2nd season)


Winger:

Marco Reus - Gladbach
Marko Marin - Werder Bremen
Hulk - Porto
James Rodriguez - Porto
Vagner Love - CSKA (great IF, retrained a little though)
