I need help: football manager crash

Football manager keeps crashing for me. I have a good computer with windows 7 but an error message comes up and says:

Football Manager 2012 12.1.1f244099 has stopped working

Can anyone help me please!!!!!

It happens on any season with any amount of leagues. It also happens on small, medium and large database.

thanks but I don't think any of them will work. Only one solution looks promising, the xml/ crash dumps section, however the link to the other thread won't work for me :'(
