I need help my under achieving parma

i just cant seem to do good with this team and its frustrating. its my second season and last season we finished 17th.now 18 games into the season i'm 14th.
i barly got away from being sacked.
my scoring rate is horrible- one game i can win 4-0 but in next three my strikers cant hit anything.
i get 4-5 clear cut chances in some games but no goals.
10-17 shots at goal per game.
my strikers are daniel larsson(15 games 2 goals) , valeri bojinov(7 games 1 goal), andrea carcciolo(17 games 4 goals),graziano pelle(7 games 1 goal). that pretty pathetic.
the problem is that i'm getting chances but they just cant score.

If your strikers aren't taking the chances then they obviously aren't good enough.

Try larsson as a poacher and set him as your target man, with supply as run onto ball. I would play him upfront with Bojinov as a complete forward or advanced forward.

i play them both as poachers...
i'll try what you said.
i just want to say that larsson get alot of passes through defences and get the ball ahead of them because of his speed but when he shoots its either off target or to the keepers body.
boijnov is horrible all around he's the worst of the 4.

carcciolo as a target man for defo. 19 heading 16 strenght 18 jumping 17 finishing, 14 composure perfect for a target man. i find that two poachers doesnt work but the big man small man does. so carcciolo as target man and prob larsson as poacher.

You're not underachieving, you're playing exactly as expected - Parma usually relegate in the first season

Anyway, to try and help you out
Use target man/support and advanced forward/attack partnership
In my Parma game that led to 40 goals scored by december


btw, your transfers are pretty bad
Look around the forums for some cheap talant
