I need help with chelsea!!

I was thinking about signing some players from international teams all over the world eg. Mexico, USA, Ivory Coast etc.
I was wondering if you could give me some pointers on who to sign and who to sell?
Also screen shots would be very helpful of tactics etc...

Sell the fringe players, who are kinda rubbish..just cheak out the assistant reports, and anyone who has less then 2 (or 2.5 if your a perfectionist) and sell them...just buy the best wonderkids...the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Marco Verratti, Eden Hazard, Nicolas Otamendi, M. Sakho, ozil, alexis sanchez...and then players that are stars in real life, Aguero, Gourcuff, dzeko...scout any player who looks decent and see what your staff says...and just have fun, and try some things out tactic wise and see what works...
