I Need Help With Number Of Teams

I am making my Scottish Revolution database at the moment and I am adding regional cups into it. The only problem is I am having trouble with the rounds.

For example- The Cup has 22 teams in it. How can I put that into rounds and when to add the number of teams

I don't think it's mathematically possible unless you implement a group stage first

Its okay. I have just added teams which are not in the leagues playable
