im southampton in prem and i try signing a player and the premit keep getting trunned down any helpful idea welcome
 
sign him then send him out on loan for season to feeder club then when he returns from feeder club offer new contract and then should get work permit
 
That's because you don't have a feeder club. Ask your board to get one. You can't sign him until you get a one.
 
Yeah, ask the board for a feeder club but make sure you select the option about it being in a different country. :)

I have had a few problems with this topic too.

I asked the board for a feeder club, they said we will find one...It's been four months! They still haven't come back to me...does it usually take that long?
