Well I am managing Chelsea, and I have on form (4 wins out of 4). Anyway, our captain John Terry is injured, but one day he said that the discipline on my squad is bad, but how can I change that? I told him I will try but then he says he can't trust my word so I tell him that I am the manager and I make the decisions, then he said I should treat him better, so I said how unprofessional his behaviour was, then he just says he doesn't like me anymore, shuts the conversation, then wants to be in the transfer list! Like, wth? How can I change the discipline? I don't want him to leave; it will have a bad influence and also his my best defender!

Next time a player gets sent off fine a weeks wages is one of them

The thing is, none of my players has been ever sent off, but there has been alot of yellow cards and suspension, should I fine them for that?

Squad discipline relates to things like poor performance, poor attitudes, etc not specifically yellow/red cards...

if you have players who aren't training hard, aren't performing well, and so on, then you need to give them a rocket up their ****...

if you just let the prima-donna's 'do their own thing' it will be bad for team spirit and will, eventually, impact on performances - look at Chelsea/Man City in real life

in a press conference they referred to the squad discipline so I said I would be firmer, this made Terry a bit happier and now his Okay morale, will be coming down tougher now.

For players with poor discipline, there is an option in Private Chat under performances I think. Try that out.

Also for dealing with John Terry just ignore him for now and keep playing him unless his form dips dramatically. After a while if you are successful he should ask to be removed from the transfer list- that's what happened to me.

Oh, I just ignored his transfer request... and now he doesn't have a poor opinion of me... but his considering his options now though... plus I can't play him because his injured!
