If he is for sale then get Zhirkov, I picked him up for £1.4m at Everton and he has been amazing. His first season he played 25 games and supplied 17 assists and 11 goals.
Pavel Niakychyk (sp?) plays for BATE in Belarus, has basic English, pretty decent all-round stats&can be picked up for about 1m. I bought him for Man Utd for 1.2m in the first season, was awarded "signing of the season". Is natural at right/left mid/wings and accomplished at attacking/center mid. All in all, a good signing.
