I need some help

Hey, I have neve had problems playing FM but now I need some help man.
I've tried A LOT of tactics and some work, but only on the first season, then on the second season my team starts losing and drawing more games, and I allways end up getting fired( something that I never was in the past FMs), in this one, I was never champion and I allready played with top teams, middle teams, lowe teams, and it seems just like this game is trolling me or something.
Anyone else have this problem, and anyone knows what can I do?

Persevere. Keep changing your tactics, eventually you'll go on a good run, get some success and then you can laugh at the club(s) that sacked you
