I need some help

I am starting to get really frustrated with this game. No matter what i do i can't get ANY team to perform. I'm close to getting fired with my 3rd Liverpool save.. And that's just Liverpool. I've been fired with Bayern München, Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, and a couple more clubs. I seriously don't know what's going on. No tactic is working, even the ones where all people say "ZOMG AWESOME TACTICS!!!!" .. It's really starting to **** me off. I've got no idea what to do. Can anyone help me, 'cos i seriously don't know what i'm doing wrong.

Allright, made this myself. Have had ups and downs with it.

The only save i've never been fired on is my Real Madrid save. But who gets fired with Real madrid? ^^

Why don't you try listening to your Assistant Managers Suggestions? He will pick the right tactic for you based on your squad strength.
