Im hull city 2nd season had 40M to spend not cheated finish 13th in the league 1st season i have bought nealy a full team however they arnt playing well i understand they need to gel however is their any factors to help them along their way to become a good team...btw how do you show your team
 
when your playing football manager on the team screen press ALT then F9 and that will take a screenshot then go into mydocuments>sportsinteractive>footballmanager2009>screenshots and it will be in there.

once you have found it , go on the Go Advanced button at the bottom of this post and add your screenshot.
 
its just tht ur team aint gelled also if u have signed players which dont speak english then they have to break the language barrier

well they played 4 friendlies and i cant get the file to upload says Invalid Fille
