Change the facilities of all clubs in one nation at one time without having to do it individually?
 
Quite simple really, took me a while to figure it out as well, and then I felt like an Idiot! Go to the editor, select all of the clubs you want using SHIFT + CLICK and then press edit. Whatever value you change on the following screens will appear in all the clubs.

You can do the same for players, staff , cities, countries etc

My pleasure :) I use it quite a lot as I play the Indian leagues, and most club details like City / Stadium etc are not accurate.
