Ideas on what team to be?

What team should I be? I'd like to do a club in the English Premiership or Championship. Don't mind predicted position or finances as I've just taken Portsmouth from the Championship to winning the Premiership in 2018.

Newcastle- Pushing for europe/league title within 2-3 years
West Ham- promotion 1st season/europe 3 seasons/ league 5 years
Swansea- Save from relagation 1-2 seasons/ push for europe 3+
