don't know if every one will be happy with this but maybe they can implement it as an option:
i can't play more than 5-6 seasons because i hate regens so here's my solution:
when a player retires ex c ronaldo a young ronaldo with the same potential appears in the sporting youth team and if the team is no longer in existence to the next in that player career.
the same with coaches when one retires a free version of himself appears in the game
you noticed that as you progress the game gets slower and slower and this can be a solution for that too because the data that needs to be processed remains basically the same.

share your thoughts on this

Newgens are my favourite thing about the game.

Your idea is how the early Championship Manager games handled the creation of new players. When players retired the were regenerated. Where do you think the term Regens comes from.

Without newgens, every player would be ridiculously overpriced. It would drastically reduce the variety aspect of the game. You could potentially get a game full of youth/old players depending on when people retired? I mean it's unlikely but it's impossible in the current game. Imagine having no 18 year olds in your game for example. Did earth just kill off all 18 year olds that year? (obv the chance of this happening would increase dramatically the less nations you loaded)

I like regens so certainly wouldn't get rid of them for retired players. I find the game would become really repetitive and take all of the magic and fun out of finding regens if you know which retired players would become good. The only bad thing about regens is that (not sure about this years, but in previous versions) in my saves there were too many world class regens and if you signed a few you could win every match 10-0.

interesting idea, but I would say a non starter, however re(new)gens are always a topic for improvement I guess

I partially agree. I do find in games by 2030 there are a ridiculous amount of Messi like regens! And if you look in genie scout an unbelievable amount of players with 170+ CA
