If I boost CA?

If I was to boost say Josh Mceachrans CA say +30 would his stats increase over a short period to show that CA?

I'm asking this because I've noticed he's been going up really slowly (if at all) and I play him enough as a sub and start but he doesn't improve.

If you use FMRTE then yes they will increase over a short period. I believe it takes about a month.
