Missed Kadlec, Benitez, Hazard, Pastore and alot more.

Pastore will set you back 30mil, Hazard will be close to 20mil.
Benitez is cheap compaired to those two but even so will set you back a fair bit.
Kadlec is a wild card, i've signed him for 800k-2mil but other times they refuse to let him go for less than 16mil.
 
Pastore if you move quickly can be signed for 10-15 mil, Hazard 10-13 mil, half the budget of a 'bad' Premier League Team.
 
Alexey Rudenok should be in there. Great after a season or 2 and only costs 130k and 500 a week in wages :D
 
Eden Hazard is NOT a cheap player, let's agree!

Steven N'Zonzi - 1 mil (more or less)

Both very strong and hardy players that can play at the highest level, I've used them now in Villarreal and they skyrocket in value so I look forward to selling them now!

What patch are you on? Ive tried to sign both very early days and i could get hazard for around 15 million at the start maybe a bit lower at times, but pastore is always 25 million at the start for me and then goes up to 45 million by january.

There are also many Bargains in the Israeli, Belarusian(sp), and Czech Leagues, as well as Velikonja from maribor and miguel medina from some team in south america.

So you are saying that nearly every team in the premiership gets over 15M transfer budget? In the newest patch Pastore is 30M+ and Hazard is around 16M
