im a beginner, please help!!

folks, on the tactics screen, every time I alter the 'match preparation' part where it says WORKLOAD and ADDITIONAL FOCUS AREA, they reset themselves to what was there previously as soon as I continue the game!!

please help

You should change those options between games, not during them, in the Tactics area

Maybe you've set it so that your assistant manager handles the match preparation...

Try clicking your team menu -> team policy, and then untick "handle match preparation" under your assistant's responsibilities

It's because assistant doing match prep, need to untick option in team policy.
