maybe you can bring in stephen appiah on a free tranfer to beef your midfield up abit because your central mids(rae and Mcphail) will be out muscled when you face a team like birmingham where they got players like carsley, nafti and etc.

maybe franco zuculini he turns out class in a few season, i would also recommend you play eddie johnson he scores loads.

Bad move selling Ledley, becomes important player, whittingham well he not really important, if you've still got Chris Burke play him, I think he's at Cardiff anyway :/. When you play away from home in championship try playing 4-2-3-1, works great for me with QPR, but then again I've got the likes of Kevin Doyle in my side, tbh I've never heard of "Choco", but Simon *** can be lethal in one on one's, play him against side that are playing badly and not defending well, I found with him that if he gets a couple of goals he gets really confident and gets a lot better 8-| Also try and buy Krivets, or Davide Santon
