Im getting bored of Barca tactics.

Im getting SO bored with the amount of average Barcelona tactics floating around, Retsinabb's is the only one worth using tbh. And If Velveti ever releases his that he goes on about so often that could be good. Can people not try to emulate something more interesting. E.g Brazil in the 50's or Ajax of the 80's. That sort of thing would actually interest me (and I'm sure others) rather than yet another Barca tactic.

Try some other teams.

Heres a few Ideas.
- The above mentioned two
- A.c Milan's Gre-No-Li of the 50's
- Real Madrid of the 60's
- Hungary's Golden Team

Try re-creating something that hasn't already been done. Its an established fact that Barca's true system cannot be used in Football Manager.

I think the problem with creating tactics for those sorts of team is that many around here, wouldn't have seen those teams play alot to know how they set up and what runs they made etc...

Barcelona are just an epic team that play beautiful football that most, if not all are able to see on a regular basis, thus knowing how they play.

Once my season ends I'm going to try to remake Spalletti's 4-6-0 striker-less formation. If it turns out decent I'l upload it


Totti has retired for me so I'm looking to bring Cavani in as he seems ideal to take his place

Im just trying to get people to be a bit more original. Videos of all the teams above are on youtube and Information on how they played can be found on Wiki. As I see it, Barca tactics are getting lazy. No-one is really doing anything Radically different from one another. If people used some thought then Im sure they could come up with much better tactics.
