Define 100%

Most systems are capable of running the game at what i assume is 100% - all leagues loaded, huge database - load all players from every nation. However the game will run ball achingly slow on all but the highest of high end systems if you do this.

The average game is probably 5-20 leagues, large database with a decent chunk of players loaded, and your system will run that sort of save file just fine.

YOur graphics card is towards to lower end of the scale by todays standards, but will handle FM's 3d match engine without much hassle.
