Importance of coaches in FMC

Hi, im going through a tough time in my Spurs save at the minute, i was flying in the league. But recently ive started shipping goals in every game, were as before i wasnt.

So im wondering will some decent coaches help shore up my defence. Or are they not much use in FMC??

U can only hire one coach in FMC anyway. Try changing match prep to Defensive Positioning
