Not really sure but it says this on the site...

Hello, I am a fan like you Football Manager. But my passion has always gone beyond just playing. In fact for years and every year I tried, with the editing of the database in order to get a game more realistic. So taking a cue from another famous forum dedicated to PES though, I wanted to create a similar but focuses on FM. The best way to achieve this goal is definitely to compare the knowledge of all of you fans. I'll accept any criticism or idea for it to become a beautiful reality, useful for everyone.
