Important stats in staff

Looking for some help in what stats to look for when employing staff e.g important stats for head of development. Can anyone do a break down key stats for each role will be much appreciated

from Fm12 but mostly should all be the same!

Motivation/Determination/Discipline are the 3 most important stats for any coach and then one of the training categories!

without high stats in the above three your coach cannot become a 5 star coach...
