Impossible to buy certain players!

Hi!
I have a problem. I wanted to play with Thaigo, the Barca youngster, but I can't buy him with any team! I tried with: Valencia, Malaga, Arsenal, Man Utd, Man City,... He isn't interested in joining any of these clubs. With Malaga, I had the opportunity, he was unhappy so I decided to offer 30 million for him, what was A LOT! But Barca asked 110 million...
Impossible to buy, is it possible?

I snapped him up on a free transfer at the end of the first season with Man City. So it is possible to sign him....maybe i got a bit lucky tho.
 
Often you need to wait for the right time - work up a relationship with the player, praise him in media admire his talent, see how he reacts. Also make sure that you have an okay relationship with the opposing teams manager, as managers who dont like you are less willing to sell players of to you.

Also make sure that he would be interested in comming if you are a team with a smaller reputation.

If it is a thing of the club, then try to wait until you can pre-contract him, or till he gets transfer-listed, though in your case I'd wait for Bosmans ruling.

I did this as well with Napoli ;)

If he is impossible to sign, then it's because Barca is his favourite club, have the best reputation , you're a rival or all of them.
 
I usually get him on a free with Liverpool first season.
 
you need luck. You have to wait until the end of the first season and to continually praise him. Then you have a few days where you can offer him a contract. When you miss these days he will tie up a contract with Barça and you won't be able to sign him. I managed to get him with Lyon, Tottenham and Malaga, but not with Atletico, Arsenal and Real Sociedad. However sometimes he gets a contract from Barcelona during the season, so you don't have a chance to sign him. As he is my favourite player I always try to sign him in every save
 
I got him on a free transfer as well at the end of the second season with Liverpool.
 
I signed him on a free transfer after the first season with Benfica in the second season. Didn't even have to praise him.
 
he signed for Deportivo for free end of 1st season or 2nd (cant remember) then I signed him a year later for £12m for my Villareal side! Deportivo came in around 15th or 16th etc... so its definately not impossible, it just depends if Barca start to use him early on and he develops...

he is a great player, IRL especially, been watching him in the U/21 Championship! been fantastic
 
Got him for free with Preston at the end of 1st season. More likely due to luck as I only realised he was a free agent a month afterwards and no other club made an approach in that time.
Being promoted to premiership may have been a factor but might have got him for championship with a big list of clauses.

I didn't really do anything apart from offer a contract.
 
Im in my third season with Man U and I've tried to sign Phil Jones in every transfer window. I get the offer accepted but every time he refuses to enter contract negotiations!! WHY???
 
Why don't you try getting him on loan. He might end up liking playing for you and want to sign.
 
You can always get him for free at the end of the first season.... I've signed him with clubs like Blackburn! Sometimes it's easier to take the risk and wait til he's released, he's easier to negotiate with that way.
