Improved youth database?

I was wondering if there were any downloadable databases with updated youth players and possibly new ones, like Jean Carlos Chera and Barcelona's Dongou?

Also players like Deulofeu has a far better potential than as presented in FM2011...

And how do you make them yourself. Is there some tutorial out there?
