Improving My Liverpool Team 1saison Winter

Hello guys,

Like always i'm playing a Liverpool save. I'm doing great on a 2nd place in december and still in running for all cups. My team looks great but if you want to keep in top of the premier league and to watch next year championsleague you need to improve your team. So I want to know what you would suggest for some incomming outgoing transfer not more then 1-2 transfers. And i dont pay more as 10mil!

Mignolet/Jones
RB: Johnson/Arbeloa
CB: Skrtel/Kelly/Agger/Sakho
LB: Enrique/Cissokho

CM: Leiva/Diam?/Allen/Gerrard
MR: Sterling
ML: Ince
AMC: Coutinho/Henderson

S: Suarez/Damaio/Sturridge/Aspas

So you see my team is not balanced yet. Sometimes Henderson and Coutinho are playing as winger but i dont like that
-I'm thinking of selling Allen and let henderson play as MC and not as AMC..
-I'm pretty sure that Sturridge is going out, i find him really underrated player on fm..
-I need some backup for my wingers..
-Do i need a left back for next year? i feel enrique is not good enough for a real topper..

Right sell Henderson Allen Johnson Enrique Skrtel Agger and Sakho
Buy Doria Balanta Will hughes Shaw then if your selling sturridge you need a top forward and if you want to wait a few seasons get carlos Fierro Erik Torres Timo Werner ect ect but id spend ?40 50 mil on someone like cavani someone out of the top draw

Here are some of my tips I've picked up while playing in my online game as Liverpool.

-> Pick up Alvarez Balantra and let Kelly be your first choice back up at right back and centre back. Sell Skrtel.
-> Try and pick up Nicolas Gaitan on loan until the end of the season. He will solve your need for a winger and his wages are very reasonable.
-> Keep tabs on Carlos Vela. Arsenal have a ?3.4M release clause for him- if they make an offer, you should too, as Sociedad will accept it too. If you're desperate, offer him a larger contract than he is asking for and he will pick Liverpool over Arsenal.
-> Sell Sturridge. He doesn't get better at any point and is worth about 10M by winter. Use the money from him to invest in Richario Zivkovic, who scored 9 goals as my back-up to Luis Suarez. He may only be 2*'s (5* potential) but he is a perfect complement for any team with wingers. Use any spare money to invest in Youth Facilities.
-> If you haven't already, replace your Assistant Manager. He's not as good as other's on the market.
-> Loan out Henderson and try and get someone to give you a monthly fee- try and get Keisuke Honda (if he's still available)
-> Agger is your best CB and is massively better than anyone you've got available to you. Do not sell him.
-> Sell Toure for ANYTHING. His contract is dreadful.
-> Carlton Cole is a surprisingly cheap and decent back-up striker.

I honestly dont understand how Aspas is rated so highly on FM. He is wank in real life. Especially when Sturridge is so bad in the game.

My advice is though, dont make too many changes! It will ruin your team balance. Buy I would recommend Alex Telles as a LB. Very young, but very good attacking wise if you play with attacking full backs.

Giacomo Bonaventura from Atalanta was also quality for me when I played with them. Also plays in several positions. M/AM(RLC)
