Improving Staff Profile Attributes??

I wanna know how to improve my mental stats and my knowledge etc under my staff profile but I dont know how. How do I do this??

Your personal knowledge of areas will come from working in those countries (ie you have to manage in France to get personal knowledge of France). This is also true for learning new languages.

The individual 'attributes' you have depend on how you manage. Want a high rating for 'managing money'? Then stay under your wage budget. Want a high rating for 'domestic bias'? Play players of the nationality of the league you are playing in etc etc.

ok cool so im managing in italy now - 1st season with 80% italian players, my domestic bias will go up and knowledge as well?

wot about hands on approach?

presumably tactical consistancy - you just have to keep same all the time?

in think maybe if you control reserves and academy and all players contracts...stuff like that that will increase hands on approach.

Yeah - I do that 19-11-08 and my hands on goes up every season.

Tactical consistency seems to come from formation rather than anything else. Not really sure how it works in detail (could it be from what you leave as 'match tactics'?) but it's certainly doesn't seem to be based on playing attacking or defensive football providing that the formation remains the same.

any ideas on how to improve squad discipline..? I know by fining and warning players on the conduct is one way, any ideas on how else to improve?

anyone any ideas on how i can improve my ambition attribute, every time i play, i get great attriubutes in most area's except from ambition, were am i going wrong can any 1 help? plz?

also trying to get your players to learn new moves that you have recomended or new postions will also help improve you hands on approach, also asking some of your senior player to tutor some of your young guns should also improve that aera... GL
