Improving team harmony?

My squad harmony at the moment is "very poor". Is there anything I can do to improve this besides just winning matches?

I think it's also related to your players personalities too. So if you have a group of players who are all similar then your harmony will be higher.

offer new contracts

1.offer the team new contracts
2. do well in mathces
3. make sure every first team player plays a fai amount of matches
4.give good press confrences

Try and look for Determined players. Probs 14 minimum should stop this, and don't do "Offer to Clubs" too much in a short space of time or the'll get unsettled, lose matches and harmony goes down. It's a vicious cycle

if you have players of different nationalities and if you make very many signings each season it disrupts squad harmony. just win games
