In Game Editor

Hi everyone,
Recently I have been trying to add a feeder team into the league system in the middle of a game. I tried the official in game editor but it is not possible to, so I was wondering if anyone knows a program that makes it possible to create teams and put them in a league, that would be great.

FMRTE, but you cant add only change. so get a duff one through the board then switch it.

where is the in game editor on this? I've downlaoded it but its not on the top right of the screen like the last one?
