In game Stars

Hi my in game stars when i go to start a game are always on half a star for computer preformance game speed ive defragged loads,restarted loads and ccleaned it and ive got gamebooster any help please its doing my head in normally the stars are 2stars and 3stars but its just staying half a star please help want to start a new game

Try loading less League's?

i use the same leagues all the time which come up 2stars but for some reason they come up half a star now
