In need of guide for Newcastle Jets FC

Hi Guys, Firstly i'd like to apologize if I posted this in the wrong part of the website, wasn't sure where it would fit.

Anyway, I've just finished my 4th attempt with Newcastle Jets in the A-League but im yet to finish above 7th place, there are 10 teams in the comp.

I was wondering if someone could go over the club, or help me out with some tactics, players to buy, loan, sign on a free agent etc, so I can at least qualify for finals and have the board stop telling me how dissappointed they are haha.

Post your SShots of the squad in the "what tactic shall i play section? Along with how you want the team to set up and stlye of play.
Have a d/l the top bargains, free players and wonderkids (3) shortlists from the players section see who will sign for you.
Might be helpful to load a few more leagues, brazil, japan, china, get a wider base of closer players to you..

once we see more info, we can probe and get more help coming your way. Just started a custom game with Western Sydney in Div 3 meself. Adam Taggart is banging them in
