In need of help

Hey guys, so basically, I'm preparing for my 2nd season as West Ham. I've got around 15million in cash to spend, and I really need a striker that can change a match. I've tried bidding for Soldado (Getafe) and had my bid accepted, but he rejected, saying he didn't want to play for me. I need either a poacher or complete forward, to play alongside Carlton Cole/Alessandro Diamanti. Any ideas on who to bid for?
