how long does it take for this to increase? I took over Nuneaton from the start of the game and won the BSB North with ease and also the FA Trophy, I'm now 11 games in at the top of the the BSB P and still my rep is unproven, I've played 63 games and won 57 of them, surely after 63 games it should have moved up?

I haven't managed at such low levels but I think the manager rep depends on the level you are playing at. And if a Premier league manager can be regional or national then a BSP manager is a nobody until he moves up the leagues.

Your past experience (international footballer, professional footballer, etc) affects your reputation.

i'm not saying it should be world class or anything but it should surely after 64 games not be unproven. at least it'd be local!!

I started off unemployed and got a job in the Icelandic First Division with my past experience as Sunday League footballer. My reputation then went up to Regional after I'd completed the first season (I took over at the halfway stage). It stayed as Regional when I finished mid-table in the second season and has moved up to National halfway in to the third season as I'd won the league cup. So it takes quite a while to increase I think.

I started at the very bottom, and only just reached national reputation after 6th/7th season. Think it was after getting Fulham back into the premiership

Here's my scenario; I started unemployed as Sunday league player with all the lower leagues active in England, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Northern Ireland, Portugal, Scotland, Spain and Wales. 67 days into the season, took over Woking in the Blue Square South division of England.

1st season at the helm, I was promoted to the Blue Square Premier via the playoffs, won the FA Trophy and Woking were already knocked out of the FA Cup.

2nd season, got Woking to the playoffs but failed to win the final, won the FA Trophy again and was knocked out in the FA Cup 3rd round (which is pretty good I think) by Everton.

After 2 seasons I'm still Unproven reputation. I'm a bit confused why I'm not even Local, but I guess when your club is London based it may take a while for me to be noticed. :P

Rep change in this game is **** compared to 2010 took a team pegged at 9th place in np power 2 took them to winning their league and earning promotion and i'm still on regional rep !!!!! Surely overachieving deserves a change in reputation

I think it's pretty good for the most part.

For example, here, a new team entered the league with an unknown team and eventually ended up winning the title in their first season. Can I name the team? Yes. Can I name the manager? Nope.

In England where it's a pretty big country, winning one of the lowest leagues won't even get you known within all people in your town. Just keep winning and give it a few years.

and ^ if a manager IRL led a div 3 team to promotion I wouldn't really know or care about it. You should still be on regional. National rep is really only for top championship coaches or mid-low table Prem coaches.

2nd in the league with Villa +Uefa and Carling cup glory = world class reputation.

Your rep goes up when you win something. It probably won't increase if you win the BSB North, because the BSB Premier isn't much different in terms of quality.

well, if u look at the real world most ppl dont even knw any of the overachieving managers down in bsb so u would figure your reputation will only go up as you get into the higher leagues coz at least then, people will knw you
