Increasing the number of coaches

Hi,
I'm new to the forums, not the best at FM2010 but not doing badly.
I'm playing as Leicester City and I'm trying to improve my coaching staff but the board it limiting the number of coaches I can hire. Is there anyway to get them to lift this limit?

No mate.. when you get promoted you will be aloud a lot more and as you progress you will.

Shame, might just have to get rid of a few then.
Decisions, decisions! Any recommendations for good coaches?

*** Mgr hire, then make him Coach. Again....hire ***. Mgr make him Coach. Unlimited number of coaches.
