Incredible Man City Team

Hi guys. Im pretty new to football manger as i was playing fifa manager a lot. But what a game! Im definitely a new fan! I've played 3 seasons with man city but without any real success. One the Fa Cup once and 5th in premiership... I've got a great team!!! Playing an very attacking 4-2-2-2.
GK - Akinfeev
LB - Gareth Bale
CD- Micah Richards
CD- Zapata (GREAT!!!)
RB- Onouda
CM - Hamsik
CM - Diarra
LW - Luka Modric
RW - Ben Arfa
ST - Aquino
ST - Robinho

And bench players like - Van Den Vaart, Dos Santos, Sakho (NEW), Vukcevic, Yobo, Stavpets, Arteta, ens. Great depth! But i think my tactics needs some work. Any suggestions for a team like this? Im busy with my 4 season now and won the charity cup against man u 5-1 away. And my team is currently on a winning streak of 13 games. But my squads harmony is 23/100? How is this possible? The previous 3 seasons it was awesome! And i dont make a lot of signings during transfer windows.

I want to start from scratch as i now know a bit more. Any suggestions for a team +- the same as man city but not english?

Squad harmony may well be affected by the players you don't use often. I ran an edited database game to fine tune a tactic and i signed every man and his dog, after winning the league my harmony was great but come january season 2 it was shot to pieces. I rotated my players more often and it helped a lot! I'm a huge fan of rotating player roles during the games aswell especially when you have players like Diarra and Hamsik in the middle. Again with my wingers i use two tactic sets ( the rest of the team stays the same)
Set 1 Wingers work the wing all game and provide crosses for the strikers.
Set 2 Wingers switch wings throughout the game and crosses set to rarely. It gives you a plan A and Plan B. Without upsetting the team tactics.
Having players who can play AML and FC or AMR and FC you could set a 3rd set with your FC and AML/AMR switching positions!
Im also new to this game and discovered last night that you can select pre=set lineups which also helps as you can set your first 11 for the big games and then subsiquent line ups for league cups and weaker teams.
