Incredibly irritating glitch

There is only one way to explain this and that is through an image.

Basically this prompt shows up every time I continue however I cannot take any action on it, it just appears.
 
have you tried going on holiday for a day to see if you can skip it ?
 
Yeah it just doesn't go away, a similar thing happened when I was managing the GBR squad at the Olympics where it put a random player in my squad when Walcott got injured meaning I couldn't replace him and therefore was unable to continue the game.
 
Hopefully this helps, press your team name at the top which will show a drop down menu. At the top go to squad which should should your senior squad. On the line of options where there is players and backroom advice there is squad registration.
 
The thing is he doesn't even play for my team he plays for NY Red Bulls and I manage Tottenham Hotspur.
 
im having the same problem.

i manage wigan and having the same problem with a mls team (toronto).

ive tried everything. is there anyway of getting rid of this message?
